Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Event Management Specialist at Pulse Innovations. The Event Management Specialist will be responsible for event planning, managing communication with clients, training and coordinating event staff, managing logistics, and marketing events.

Qualifications

• Strong Event Planning and Event Management skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Experience in Training event staff
• Marketing skills to promote successful events
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Experience in the entertainment industry is a plus

A candidate with experience in managing large-scale events, leadership skills, and experience with audiovisual equipment and software would also be beneficial.
