Job Description :As a Microsoft CSP (Cloud Solution Provider) Direct Reseller, your role is crucial in providing technical support and expertise to reseller partners and their end customers utilizing Microsoft's cloud services. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth deployment, management, and troubleshooting of Microsoft CSP solutions. Your technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and ability to work closely with partners will be essential to delivering high-quality services.Key Responsibilities:1. Technical Support :- Provide technical assistance to Microsoft CSP Direct Reseller partners and their customers.- Assist in the deployment and configuration of Microsoft cloud solutions, including Azure, Office 365, and other cloud services.- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions promptly to minimize downtime.2. Partner Collaboration :- Collaborate closely with reseller partners to understand their technical needs and requirements.- Offer guidance on the selection of appropriate Microsoft CSP services and configurations.- Conduct training sessions or workshops for partners to enhance their technical capabilities.3. Solution Architecture :- Assist in designing and architecting Microsoft CSP solutions tailored to meet customer requirements.- Provide recommendations for optimizing and securing cloud environments.- Ensure that solutions align with best practices and compliance standards.4. Documentation and Reporting :- Create and maintain technical documentation, including deployment guides and troubleshooting procedures.- Generate reports on technical issues, resolutions, and service performance.- Identify recurring problems and work on preventive measures.5. Security and Compliance :- Stay updated on security threats and vulnerabilities related to Microsoft CSP services.- Implement security best practices and compliance measures to protect customer data.- Assist partners in achieving and maintaining compliance standards.6. Technical Training :- Keep abreast of Microsoft CSP program updates, product releases, and new features.- Provide training and knowledge transfer sessions to partners and their technical teams.- Assist partners in obtaining relevant Microsoft certifications.7. Continuous Improvement :- Proactively identify areas for improvement in the delivery of technical support and services.- Work with internal teams to implement enhancements and streamline processes.Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field (preferred).- Proven experience in technical support, system administration, or cloud services, particularly Microsoft CSP offerings.- Microsoft certifications, such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, or similar, are highly desirable.- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Office 365, and related cloud technologies.- Familiarity with cloud security best practices and compliance standards.- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with reseller partners.- Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and changing customer needs.- Proficiency in scripting and automation (e.g., PowerShell) is a plus.
