Company Description Synva is on a mission to revolutionize the hearing care industry by creating 'Synva Experience centers' across India. They aim to provide the best hearing care services to their customers while removing the stigma of wearing hearing aids. Their goal is to de-stigmatize wearing hearing aids by educating customers about hearing aids that look fashionable and stylish, so that it can be worn without any inhibitions.

Responsibilities Perform comprehensive hearing assessments and diagnostic tests. Interpret test results and provide accurate diagnoses to clients. Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual needs. Educate clients on hearing loss, treatment options, and hearing aid use. Conduct hearing aid fittings and adjustments. Stay updated on advancements in audiology and hearing aid technology. Collaborate with the team to ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction

Qualifications/

Requirements Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Audiology Valid Audiologist license certified by RCI Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Compassionate and patient-focused approach. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexible schedule, with availability from 12:00 Noon to 6:00 PM (timings may be flexible).
