Job description
Provide application maintenance and operations support, resolve complex incidents, perform RCA Implement Defect Fixes including Solution Design, Impact Analysis, Code, Build, Test, Deploy Implement Enhancements including Solution Design, Impact Analysis, Code, Build, Test, Deploy Coordination with principal vendors (Software Vendors/OEM s) for software updates, patches, and source code changes etc. in case of core product level issues. Identify and report core product defects for improvisation and bug fixing Must have knowledge of IT platforms and programming languages including C# .Net, Java, Spring boot, RDBMS, PL/SQL, Kafka, API REST JSON, Oracle, Dell Boomi, Tableau, Python, R, SharePoint Prior experience of 6 8 years in similar role
