As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, assisting clients with their shopping needs, and contributing to the overall success of our boutique.

*Responsibilities:*
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Understand and communicate product knowledge to customers effectively.
- Assist customers in finding the perfect products.
- Maintain a tidy and organized boutique environment.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS/software system.
- Offer styling advice and suggestions based on customer preferences.
- Provide exceptional after-sales service, including handling alteration.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and meet store goals.
- Stay up-to-date with fashion trends and new arrivals.
- Uphold the boutique's brand image and values.

*Qualifications:*
- Previous retail experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Enthusiastic about fashion and knowledgeable about current trends.
