Job description

Manages the entire administration function of the company.
2. Booking meetings and scheduling events for Directors.
3. Makes travel arrangements for senior staff such as booking flights, cars, and
hotel or restaurant reservations.
4. Providing corporate mobile connections to employees, if required.
5. Coordination with vendors for printing of business cards, ID cards, visiting cards,
letterheads, etc.
6. Getting the quotes from vendors for comparisons of the rates for the renewal of
AMC of electronics and other suppliers.
7. Releasing vendors payments.
8. Renewing & applying for shops & establishment, AMC's and other documents.
9. Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance
requirements, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories and
evaluating new equipment and techniques.
10. Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong
communication.
11. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
12. Relocation & setup of a new office including but not limited to any activities
related to renovation & repairs, procurement & installation of landline,
biometric attendance system, etc.
