Role Summary As the Infrastructure Lead for our EV company, specializing in the establishment of battery stations, we are seeking a skilled professional with a strong background in infrastructure development. Your role will be pivotal in planning, executing, and managing the deployment of battery stations, ensuring efficient and reliable charging infrastructure for electric vehicles.

Key Responsibilities: ·

Infrastructure Planning and Design: 1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and plan the infrastructure for EV battery stations, considering factors such as location, power requirements, and scalability. 2. Develop comprehensive blueprints and specifications for efficient station layouts. 3. Site Selection and Evaluation: 4. Identify and evaluate suitable locations for EV battery stations, taking into account accessibility, power grid capacity, and zoning regulations. 5. Conduct feasibility studies to determine the viability and efficiency of potential sites. ·

Project Management: 1. Oversee the end-to-end execution of battery station projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards. 2. Coordinate with construction teams, utility providers, and internal stakeholders to manage installation and commissioning activities. ·

Technology Integration: 1. Implement cutting-edge technologies for battery charging, storage, and management systems. 2. Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize the integration of hardware and software components. ·

Compliance and Regulatory Affairs: 1. Ensure that all battery station projects comply with local regulations, safety standards, and environmental requirements. 2. Work closely with regulatory bodies to secure necessary permits and approvals. ·

Budgeting and Cost Control: 1. Develop and manage budgets for battery station projects, closely monitoring expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness. 2. Identify opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency improvements. ·

Vendor Management: 1. Source and manage relationships with vendors providing equipment, technology solutions, and construction services. 2. Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms and conditions. ·

Continuous Improvement: 1. Analyze performance metrics of battery stations and implement continuous improvement initiatives. 2. Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance the capabilities of battery charging infrastructure.

Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus). · Proven experience (5+ years) in infrastructure planning and setup, with a focus on battery charging or energy storage projects. · Strong project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery. · Familiarity with electric vehicle battery technologies and charging infrastructure.
