Job Responsibilities:
Looking into the company's expenses: This involves tracking costs, finding ways to reduce
unnecessary expenditures and contributing to cost efficiency.
Finding out vendors-Pan India: Need to identify and assess potential vendors, negotiate
contracts, and maintain good relationships with suppliers to ensure a smooth supply chain.
Making POE: Creating and managing purchase orders (POEs) is a critical aspect of
procurement. Operations Executives generate and track POEs to ensure that goods and services
are procured in a timely and efficient manner.
Helping HR in resourcing for candidates: This could involve tasks such as identifying potential
candidates, coordinating interviews, or assisting in the onboarding process.
Making Vouchers: The responsibilities typically involve preparing payment vouchers or expense
receipts. For accurately documenting and processing financial transactions within the company.
Verifying candidates' details for event: Ensuring the accuracy and authenticity of candidate
details for events suggests a role in event planning or recruitment. Responsible for conducting
background checks or verifying candidate credentials.
