Job Description:

We are seeking a diligent and responsible individual to join our team as an Office Boy with a focus on minor purchase and logistics management. This position is crucial in ensuring smooth operations within our organization particularly in handling minor procurement tasks and logistical support.

• Minor Purchase Management:
  

1. Assist in the procurement of office supplies stationery and other minor items as required.
   

2. Maintain inventory records of office supplies and ensure timely replenishment.
   

3. Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery and followup on purchase orders.
   

4. Assist in managing incoming and outgoing mail packages and deliveries.
   

5. Distribute mail and parcels to respective departments or individuals.
   

6. Coordinate with courier services for timely dispatch and receipt of packages.
   

Requirements

1. Education: Minimum 12th class pass.
