Job Description:
- Responsible for developing and expanding the Export Market and achieving the sales growth targets in the assigned market.
- Plan for business development & growth across identified new international markets, in line with the strategy for International Business.
- Sourcing FMCG distributors / business partners in assigned territory for the supply to Ethnic & Mainstream markets and generate the business successfully. Also to Identify potential clients, engage with them and negotiate terms of business.
- To prepare a yearly Sales Plan including product launch, promotion campaign, consumer schemes, etc. suited to prevailing market practices & consumer trends.

- Manage customer accounts & grow business relationships across product categories and market locations.
- To study Import/Export regulatory requirements, quality standards, organizing licences and other legal requirements (labeling & statutory) in existing and new markets and undertake necessary processes to acquire the same. Ensuring compliance with all export regulations.
- To Provide market intelligence with regard to pricing as well as competitor strategies to enable decision-making by business management and also to study consumer and trade promotions.
- Participate in product development initiatives and resolution of customer/product issues in coordination with marketing, quality, product & packaging development, tea sourcing, manufacturing, etc. to ensure product portfolio relevance to target market requirements.
- To handle Marketing Activities in the assigned territory, i.e., ATL & BTL, Social and Digital Media Campaign, etc. Also organize the Wet Sampling activities through the distributor’s team or media agency from time to time in various countries and make yearly planning.
- Manage administration of sales, such as orders, contracts, and export shipping documents in collaboration with the export team and relevant departments.
- To represent the company in various International Food exhibitions, planning and organizing participation.
