Overview

This is a senior people & talent position that plays a key role in setting up and growing Ceragon's talent center in Bangalore. The role interacts with Ceragon's global leaders in the various company functions and contributes to the Company's talent strategy. A special focus will be on talent acquisition & development, designing and implementing the talent center's people processes, high touch people engagement, retention, management consulting, and leadership of people related programs. The role reports to the Director of People & Talent, Global HQ and also reports in a matrix relationship to the Head of the Bangalore Talent Center.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Talent Center Head to support talent acquisition, development, retention and improvement strategies
  • Consult and advise managers and employees concerning all people related domains (incl. employee lifecycle)
  • Initiate talent center engagement programs that improve engagement and retention
  • Drive and implement people projects and programs with local adaptations to ensure business value
  • Drive and support all operational issues related to people on site, collaborating with the global HQ teams to align and implement global strategy and process
  • Drive local experience strategy and program implementation for the region
  • Participate in global people leadership team and contribute to company people strategy shaping and implementationOverview

Job Requirements

Job Requirements

  • Experience in people Business Partner and operational roles in global companies, with a focus on matrix organizations.
  • Significant experience in leading talent acquisition processes
  • Has passion and a strong understanding of people programs, change leadership, consulting and talent strategy
  • Consultative: has the ability to engage, reflect and advise to leaders and seniors, participate actively and at the same time step back to absorb the big picture
  • Team player: collaborative and engaging of multiple stakeholders in different geographies to achieve shared results that drive the region and company forward
  • Operational: takes the initiative to develop processes and programs and drive meticulous implementation
  • Structured: is able to translate organisational hurdles to change programs and implement improvements in a structured and dependable manner, impacting and facilitating change

Qualifications

  • A minimum 10+ years' work experience in the people domain in global organizations, technology an advantage
  • Experience in talent acquisition and retention strategies
  • Experience in publicly traded companies an advantage
  • Data driven and experienced in leveraging data to improve people services and value
  • People leadership skills
  • Academic degree, preferably in psychology, organisational sociology or human relations. MBA an advantage
