IT Regional Sales Manager (IT Infrastructure)
Tbot Systems is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving IT sales within your assigned region, managing a team of sales professionals, and developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve growth targets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed regional sales targets for IT products and solutions.
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and motivation to achieve individual and team goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, identify new business opportunities, and negotiate contracts and agreements.
- Prepare and present sales reports to management.

Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT sales, preferably in a managerial role.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the IT industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
