Job description

Job role and responsibilities :

1. Physical Testing and Calibration of all Lab equipments.
2. Calibration of XRF (ARL).
3. Chemical testing of Incoming raw materials and finished product, fuel testing, Daily MIS report preparation and having good presentation skills.
4. BIS, ISO and NABL documentation and compliance.
5. Good knowledge of SAP, VVCM and Safety standard.

Critical Job competencies / Mandatory Skills:

1. Competent in Chemical analysis by wet method & Physical Testing as well as fuel testing.
2. Knowledge of Raw Mix designing.
3. Knowledge of SAP PP/QM Module for executing day to day jobs.
4. Knowledge of SAP, WCM & Safety standards.
5. Knowledge of MIS, Presentation & Communication skills.

Professional Qualifications: M.Sc. (Chemistry) /B.Sc.- Chemistry, Mathematics & Physics
Essential: Chemistry as one of the main subjects.
Preferably: Analytical/Organic Chemistry/PhysicaI Chemistry
Professional Experience description: Experience in QC Lab of Cement Industry
