Role Description

This is a full-time Business Development Consultant/Executive role located in Ahmedabad. The Business Development Consultant/Executive will be responsible for driving and supporting growth across a range of business verticals through lead generation, prospecting, and relationship building initiatives. Additionally, the Business Development Consultant/Executive will help identify opportunities for our clients to take advantage of government schemes and programs, and will consult them on how to maximize value from such initiatives.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to influence and negotiate at all levels
• Proven experience developing effective relationships with Startup Founders & Directors
• Ability to drive business growth through lead generation, prospecting, and pipeline management via cold calling, Email marketing, whatsapp braodcasting, Linkedin, and references
• Strong knowledge of business development techniques and tools, with an ability to coach and develop others
• Ability to accurately analyze startup business models, and identify client needs, with strong problem-solving skills
• Experience working in start-ups at Business Development level would be a plus
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Entrepreneurship or a related field is preferred
