Job Description:
As a Merchandising Specialist with Jumbotail you will-
- Coordinate & execute merchandising campaigns across channels (App, PN, In-app, SMS, Flyers etc) on daily basis
- Allocate the creatives to be created & follow up with the stakeholders and get the campaign info to be sent
- Validate the campaigns info/creatives w.r.t the merch guidelines & highlight the issues wherever the information collected is not accurate/proper
- Ensure timely execution of campaigns across channels with adherence to merch guidelines at the time of launch and during the period campaign is live
- Ensure qualitative execution of the campaigns as per guidelines, process & plans
- Capture campaign/channel execution metadata and report the execution status daily
- Documents the as-is processes of all types of merch activities across different channels PN, SMS, Flyers, In App Banners, App etc) & add modifications as & when required
- Plan/Build efficient merch operation processes to have faster & qualitative output within the provided timelines
Requirements:
An ideal candidate for this role is someone who has
- Prior experience in executing daily merch campaigns
- An orientation towards e-commerce best practices and trends
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to execute within strict timelines without any impact on quality
- Flexibility to deal with ambiguous, new and challenging situations
- Understanding of the marketing channels & communication
- Stakeholder Management skills
