What you will do
Accelerate the response to Identity and Access Management tickets in both ServiceNow and Jira covering requests for new roles changes to roles and onboarding/offboarding;
Perform research into ownership of various systems around the organization;
Troubleshoot/research access issues;
Provide support coverage for EMEA hours;
Document test cases and scripts as well as project processes and additional artifacts.
Must haves
Demonstrable experience with Identity and Access Management tools and processes;
Minimum 3 years in applicable IAM analysis roles;
Understanding of AD and AD groups Google Suite permissions network access;
Excellent communication documentation planning and collaboration skills;
Comfort working in ambiguity to determine resolutions;
Okta experience is needed.
