Job description
A top company in BFSI industry is hiring Relationship Managers to join our team at Sadashiv Nagar. The ideal candidates should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in BFSI and a graduate qualification. Knowledge of the stock market or insurance background is preferred.
Roles and Responsibilities: - Acquire candidates for Demat accounts and for equity, commodity, and currency, aiming for 5 accounts per month with a margin of 1 LPA.
- Generate revenue from third-party products like SIP, Mutual Funds, Insurance, Value pack & ACE/TGS.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and team members.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate records.
- Team Collaboration: Work with internal teams to address client needs and achieve goals.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor key metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Professional Development: Stay informed about industry developments and enhance skills through training.
