Job Description: Business Development Manager
Quick Furnish is a leading design and build company specializing in interior fit outs. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team in Ahmedabad. Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement strategic business development plans to expand Quick Furnish's client base and market presence in the real estate industry.
2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and relationship building.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including real estate developers, architects etc.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
5. Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
6. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients, highlighting Quick Furnish's unique value proposition and capabilities.
7. Negotiate and close business deals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for Quick Furnish.
8. Meet and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and other performance metrics.
9. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in business development within the real estate industry.
2. Experience in interior fit outs is a plus.
3. Excellent networking and relationship-building skills.
4. Strong communication and presentation skills.
5. Ability to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.
6. Results-driven with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
7. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
8. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
9. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
