Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Services Associate. The Guest Services Associate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through managing reservations and inquiries, ensuring guests have a positive experience at the club.
Qualifications
- Experience in Guest Services or Customer Service
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
- Ability to manage reservations and inquiries with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Flexible and able to work in fast-paced environments
- Experience with cash handling and POS systems is a plus
- Experience in a hospitality or service industry is a plus
- High School diploma or equivalent
