Job description

CXC is looking to identify a Senior Program Coordinator based in India working remotely for one of CXC's partners. This role provides administrative support to internal team members and external customers within the Managed Service division. The Managed Service team focuses on supporting our Strategic Accounts that have high volume contingent hiring and payrolling across various labor verticals. We provide additional service offerings through strong partnerships with our customer that distinguishes our organization from traditional staffing providers. Services are provided based on the needs of our customers and may include Training, and or Process Improvement.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: The Senior Program Coordinator is required to perform all, or a combination of the following essential functions as determined by business necessity:

Fully understand all aspects of the client locations and build client confidence through relationship development. •

Ensure compliance & maintain systems for headcount tracking requirements. Utilize internal ATS and VMS to manage their contingent headcount. •

Drive client onboarding & offboarding activities and provide frequent communication with hiring managers regarding status. •

Process changes to contingent workers including manager changes, cost center changes, and engagement extensions. •

Escalates when appropriate issues for all contingent workers, ensuring compliance. •

Responsible for client site reporting and analytics, and communication of reports and analytics to appropriate end users. •

Ensure overall customer satisfaction for entire client site. •

Manage other tasks or projects as requested

POSITION REQUIREMENTS: ·

Bachelor’s Degree preferred with minimum 2+ years of administrative support experience in Talent Acquisition or Staffing. ·

Experience supporting Contingent Workforce or Managed Service Programs, specific to Statement of Work headcount, a plus. ·

Strong problem-solving skills and a polished professional presence ·

Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail ·

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. ·

Strong computer skills including MS Office Suite and Applicant Tracking System usage
