Job description

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance to safety and environment related SOPs
• Planning and ensuring availability of safety equipment, PPEs and issuance of the same.
• Periodical examination of safety installations.
• Work in liaison with Government authorities.
• Training on safety, first aid and First Aid Center management.
• To ensure availability and compliance to MSDS at respective location.
• Preparation and review of SOP and safety documents.
• Reporting and investigation of accident / incidences.
• Compliance to statutory requirements
• Managing Environmental Aspects like Air Quality, Effluent Treatment and Environmental Operations

Education Qualifications: M.Sc. (Environment Chemistry) OR B.E. / B.Tech (Chemical Engineering)

Experience: 15-18 yrs experience in EHS within Pharmaceutical Industry (API Plant Experience Preferred)
