Job description
- Experience with modern ML frameworks, like TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Sound programming skills in Python
- Excellent interpersonal skills; able to work in a team as well as independently; can take feedback and iterate on a solution in a collaborative environment
- Research, design and implement algorithms in deep learning for computer vision and image analytics
- Stay informed about new technologies and implement them cautiously
- Write, develop, evaluate and document new and modified software programs
Description
- Openfabric is seeking a self-motivated intern to support our Research team in projects focused on Computer Vision, Deep Learning and Image/Video Analytics and contributing to new technology development in AI systems for the next decentralized AI platform
- This role is an exciting opportunity to join a newly formed team and contribute to its future growth and it will give you an opportunity to test your knowledge in a challenging problem solving environment
- Ideally, you should be able to work with big systems, write high quality code, and have experience contributing to existing systems
- Youll need good communication skills to coordinate work across teams
Education & Experience
In-depth academic experience in AI/ML or related field
Additional Requirements
- Publications demonstrating innovative research in deep learning and statistical machine learning are a plus
- Experience in deploying and shipping ML and/or NLP based application
- Exposure to working with large-scale data pipelines, distributed computing platforms and technologies such as AWS, GCP, Kubernetes, MapReduce, or similar
- Good knowledge of Git
- Ability to work in an English-speaking environment.
