Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Admissions Counselor at Phulwari Heights School in New Delhi. The Admissions Counselor will be responsible for day-to-day tasks that include delivering high-quality customer service, providing educational advice, working with parents and students to complete admission requirements, organizing admission events, conducting sales activities, handling inquiries and providing timely follow-up communication.

• Excellent Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills
• Exceptional Customer Service skills
• Expertise in Sales and Education
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Expertise in Academics knowledge.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Previous experience in a similar role is strongly preferred
