Job description
As a Student Success Coordinator, you will be responsible for a diverse range of tasks aimed at enhancing student engagement and success. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will play a pivotal role in coordinating with students and parents, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring a seamless student journey. As the Student Success Coordinator, you will serve as the primary point of contact for students and will be expected to demonstrate enthusiasm and dedication in your interactions with them. You will also collaborate closely with various stakeholders to streamline processes and enhance the overall student experience.
Responsibilities
• Engaging with students to provide support and guidance throughout their academic journey
• Coordinating with students and parents to facilitate smooth communication and collaboration
• Managing day-to-day operations at the office, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness
• Filing applications for students and ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate
• Creating presentations and other materials to support student engagement and outreach efforts
• Scheduling student meetings and events, and ensuring timely follow-up
• Conducting prospective calls to generate interest and promote opportunities to students
• Drafting professional emails and communications to students, universities, and other stakeholders
• Sending out prospective opportunities to student groups and ensuring timely dissemination of information
• Attend events and travel for fairs/ exhibitions, if needed with the team
Qualifications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to engage with parents, students, and university personnel at all levels
Bachelor's degree is necessary
Should be proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, Google Drive and Google Workspace
A smiling and enthusiastic individual with a creative mindset
