Total years of experience-3-4 yrs.

Job responsibilities:

• Prepares and assembles medical record documentation/charts.
• Converts audio recordings made by physicians and healthcare professionals into accurate written reports using specialized equipment and software.
• Ensure the integrity of patient records and maintain high standards of patient care.
• Some knowledge of the meaning of medical terms.
• Confidence with recording, spelling, and pronouncing medical terms.
• Strong attention to detail skills.
• Good understanding, communication and typing Skills.
• US doctors would be on call, candidate needs to understand and listen to recordings while preparing data of patients.
