Role : VP Digital Delivery (Cognitive AI) Experience :16+years Location : NCR/Bangalore Work Mode : Hybrid Shift Timing:

Essential Functions · Solution Delivery Management: Oversee the complete lifecycle of conversational AI solution delivery, including requirement gathering, development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation enhancements and measure client success. · Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the delivery process. Understand their unique needs, expectations, and success criteria, and ensure alignment between project outcomes and client goals. · Technical Expertise: Possess a deep understanding of conversational AI technologies, natural language processing, integration methodologies, and software development best practices to guide the technical aspects of solution deployment. · Team Leadership: Lead a cross-functional team of Cognitive developers, engineers, data scientists, CX Designers, UI/UX Designers/Developers and other experts. Provide clear direction, mentorship, and support to ensure effective collaboration and high-quality deliverables. · Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining tasks, timelines, resource requirements, and dependencies. Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed to meet client goals. · Risk Mitigation: Identify potential project risks and issues that could impact delivery timelines or quality. Develop strategies to mitigate risks and implement contingency plans when necessary. · Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce rigorous quality assurance processes, including testing methodologies and performance benchmarks, to ensure that delivered solutions meet or exceed client expectations. · Stakeholder Communication: Maintain open and transparent communication with clients, internal teams, and relevant stakeholders. Provide regular updates on project progress, milestones achieved, and any changes to the project scope. · Documentation: Ensure accurate and comprehensive documentation of solution design decisions, integration plans, and other relevant project artifacts. · Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize the delivery process, enhance efficiency, and streamline workflows. Implement lessons learned from previous projects to drive ongoing improvement.

Must Haves · Proven experience in delivering complex conversational AI solutions, including chatbots, virtual assistants, or similar applications. · Strong knowledge and experience in AWS and Azure cloud architecture, services, Kubernetes, and cloud native applications · Strong technical background with a solid understanding of conversational AI technologies, machine learning, natural language processing, and software development methodologies. · Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire, guide, and develop a diverse team of professionals. · Experience in integrating conversational AI solutions with various telephony platforms like Amazon Connect, Avaya, Genesys, Fiv9 and CRM systems like Salesforce, Zendesk, MS Dynamics. · Excellent client-facing skills, including effective communication, relationship-building, and negotiation abilities. · Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, with a track record of successfully managing large-scale projects. · Analytical mindset with the ability to identify potential challenges, propose solutions, and make informed decisions. · Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions on time and within scope. · Adaptability and resilience in the face of changing project requirements and priorities. · Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues as they arise. ·

BE/BTech/MCA from tier I/II institute in CS/IT or other associated engineering fields
