Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role located in Noida. Some work from home is acceptable. The Bench Sales Recruiter/Marketing Recruiter will be responsible for sales recruitment, full-life cycle recruiting, hiring, and account management. The candidate must have excellent communication skills as they will be communicating with clients and candidates on a regular basis.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales recruitment and full-life cycle recruiting
• Proven experience in hiring and account management
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Experience in the IT industry is a plus
