As a key member of our design team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience for our B2B product.Responsibilities :User-Centric Design : Lead the creation of user-centered design solutions that align with business goals and user needs within the B2B sector.Design Strategy : Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, to define and execute design strategies that enhance user satisfaction and drive business success.Wireframing and Prototyping : Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design concepts and interactions.Usability Testing : Conduct usability testing sessions and gather feedback to iteratively improve and validate design solutions.Information Architecture : Define and optimize information architecture to ensure intuitive and efficient user workflows.Collaboration : Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide design solutions that meet both user and business objectives.Design System Management : Contribute to the evolution and maintenance of our design system, ensuring consistency across products and platforms.Stay Current : Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continually enhance design processes and outputs.Qualifications :Education : Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.Experience : Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a focus on B2B applications.Portfolio : A robust portfolio showcasing a range of B2B design projects, including examples of user interface design, interaction design, and usability testing.Tools : Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.Collaboration : Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to effectively convey design concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Problem Solving : Proven ability to solve complex design problems and provide elegant solutions.Adaptability : Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and adapt to evolving project requirements.
