We are hiring Assistant Manager - Accounts and Admin for an agro services company.

Your job responsibilities includes Accounting operations, Administrative functions and support to HR.
Responsibilities:-- Prepare, assess, and interpret financial reports, statements, and budgets.
- Supervise day-to-day accounting transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies for financial audits.
- Implement and uphold internal controls to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Manage administrative staff and oversee daily office operations.
- Handle office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Support HR-related activities, including payroll processing and employee record maintenance.
- Assist in the recruitment process as needed.
- Maintain organized and current documentation for financial and administrative processes.
- Ensure compliance with record-keeping policies.
Requirements - 4+ years of relevant experience preferably in FMCG industry.
- Educational qualification - M.Com (CA) / MBA (Finance & HR)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and team management skills.
