Job description

We are hiring Assistant Manager - Accounts and Admin for an agro services company.

Job Location - Theni .

Your job responsibilities includes Accounting operations, Administrative functions and support to HR.

Responsibilities:-

  • Prepare, assess, and interpret financial reports, statements, and budgets.
  • Supervise day-to-day accounting transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies for financial audits.
  • Implement and uphold internal controls to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Manage administrative staff and oversee daily office operations.
  • Handle office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Support HR-related activities, including payroll processing and employee record maintenance.
  • Assist in the recruitment process as needed.
  • Maintain organized and current documentation for financial and administrative processes.
  • Ensure compliance with record-keeping policies.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of relevant experience preferably in FMCG industry.
  • Educational qualification - M.Com (CA) / MBA (Finance & HR)
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and team management skills.
