Position: Sales Manager - Equipment Location: Anywhere in India
Experience: 6- 10 yrs
Salary Range : as per market standard.
Role Description
1. Should have the experience of working as the Sales Manager for the sale of Capital goods / Hi end machinery/ Paper industry/ packaging/ corrugation/ printing/ folder - gluer, box making plants, etc.
2. Should be able to hit the target assigned by the management for all India
3. Responsible to make the revenue and become efficient enough to handle the machine sales as per customer's requirements and needs.
4. Should be able to handle the overall Technical and procedural sales support for our customers.
5. Ability to work in a team in dealing with our customers and to support our local BHS Sales engineers team as well.
6. Ready to travel wherever required and will work as per the set procedures and rules.
7. Should be able to conduct trainings for the new sales engineers and make them technically strong to handle the customers accordingly in near future.
8. Should be able to learn operating of BHS corrugators, process and product training via in-house, onsite training, incorporate a variety of presentation methods to accommodate adult learning principles.
9. Contribute to overall success of the Sales department by identifying ways to continuously improve the Sales process.
