*Job Opportunity: Senior Client Service Executive *

• Location:* Ahmedabad, Gujarat
• Salary:* Up to 27k, Night Shift (8 pm to 5 am)
• Perks:* Home drop & pick-up for candidates within 25km from the office

Requirements

• Fluent English communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office
• Graduation mandatory
• 2 to 6 years of experience in senior client service roles

Roles & Responsibilities

• Act as a primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring their needs are not just met but exceeded
• Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to streamline client onboarding and swiftly resolve issues
• Proactively identify golden opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services, transforming clients into long-term partners
• Analyze client feedback with a keen eye, sculpting service quality and customer satisfaction like an artist
• Craft and deliver reports that aren't just informative but downright insightful, showcasing client performance in its true brilliance
• Stay ahead of industry trends, not just riding waves but making waves, providing clients with insights that sparkle
• Uphold a symphony of professional communication in English, both written and verbal
• Utilize MS Office tools with the finesse of a virtuoso, orchestrating documentation, reporting, and data analysis with precision
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, creating a harmonious environment in all client interactions
