Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi for a Partner Felicity. The Partner Felicity will be responsible for day-to-day operations, and managing relationships. The Partner Felicity will also be responsible for partner/client engagements, business development, and team management.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations and team management
• Exceptional relationship management skills
• Excellent negotiation skills and ability to manage partner/client engagements
• Results-driven with a focus on achieving business development targets
• Proven track record in expanding a portfolio and driving partnerships
• Understanding of research processes and methodologies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Organizational Psychology or related field
• Experience in the diversity and inclusion sector is a plus
