Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager located in Hyderabad. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and supervising the sales team, developing and executing sales strategies, creating and managing the sales budget, building and maintaining customer relations, managing inventory and supply chain, and analyzing sales performance data for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in sales and team management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Good understanding of the local market and customer needs
- Ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in Color Cosmetics and Skincare is must.
