The Business Operations Manager Role & Responsibility Description
Over the next 2 years, REX's plans to scale the India business 3-4X each year. To make this happen, we need to ensure growth in Demand as well as support functions to make the customer experience best-in-class.
The Business Operations Manager takes lead on designing and improving processes related to customer queries and escalations. The role gives them complete ownership of the end-to-end process of solving customer queries and providing the customers with a seamless experience.
The role is broad as follows: (Desired attributes in candidates)
The first principle-based and structural problem-solving approach.
Increase Customer Satisfaction, Loyalty, and Advocacy.
Process Management and High sense of Ownership to drive outcomes.
People Management - Planning, Rostering, and Shrinkage.
Need analytically strong people with Hustle to getting-things-done attitude with getting your hands dirty attitude.
You will need to be very hands-on (field visits, data analysis, lot of experimentation) to
do well and ultimately deliver customer and partner love for your Services.
This is an Ops Heavy, high ownership role, and involves sourcing and managing a large
the number of Service professionals.
Proven record for driving new initiatives in the city.
