As an SEO specialist you'll identify strategies, techniques and tactics to increase the number of visitors to our website and obtain a high-ranking placement in the results page of search engines: By generating more leads for the business you'll open up new opportunities for driving business growth in Europe, USA, South East Asia and Middle East regions
Desired Skill Set:
Passion for search internet marketing and number crunching.
Experience of 3-5 years of SEO preferably in e-commerce
Previously achieved 1Mn+ organic traffic
A strong handle on Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEM rush, Excel, and other useful SEO tools
Prior work experience is mandatory. Relevant experience in retail, marketing or communications will be preferred.
Ability to handle business expectations that works globally and work out strategies targeted at certain geography such as Europe, MEA, Asian, North Americas
Responsibilities:
Developing and implementing effective search engine optimization (SEO) strategies
Identify gaps in technical SEO for the website like 404 errors, and core web vitals, and fix them.
Undertake in-depth keyword research monthly to identify high search impression keyword targets and long-tail keywords that will further inform the content strategy.
Analyse current website content to determine a content plan to target all relevant keywords and rank higher for them.
Build on-page and off-page analysis checklists and ensure that each and every page of the website abides by them. This will include title and meta description, internal linking, page load speed, website structure, breadcrumbs, sitemap, backlinks, etc.
Collect data on branded and non-branded keyword impressions, CTRs, and average positions and report on it.
Optimizing copy and landing pages for search engine optimization
Performing ongoing keyword research including discovery and expansion of keyword opportunities
Researching and implementing content recommendations for organic SEO success
Make technical recommendations to developers
Constantly check search terms, rankings, and analytics to monitor performance of website and make recommendations for improvement
Engage with other businesses (affiliates) over link-building opportunities
Research and analyze competitor advertising links
Develop and implement link building strategy
Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code
Work with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programming
Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
Use social media to distribute content and encourage more external sites to link to your content, giving you more authority
Develop and integrate content marketing strategies
Monitor the algorithms set by the search engines to keep up to date with changes.
