We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Operations manager to oversee ourWhat You'll Bring:
Responsibilities: Strategic Planning-Develop HR People Operations strategies, policies, and procedures tailored to meet the needs of Transunion in alignment with organizational goals and objectives. Performance Management-Coach the People Operations team including feedback on case handling, goal setting and career development planning to drive team performance, engagement, and retention. HR Metrics and Reporting-Track and analyze People Operations team metrics and provide regular reporting and insights to the team and senior leadership to support data-driven decision making. Hiring Requirements 5-7+ years HR Operations experience in a shared services environment with a strong background in Tier 1 Global Support A minimum of 4 years prior supervisory experience in human resources or shared services Strong knowledge of HR Systems - Workday experience strongly preferred Understanding of global HR practices, employment laws and requirements Proven leadership experience to partner with cross-functional teams Highly organized with great attention to detail An energetic leader with a passion for developing people and delivering results A thoughtful communicator
