What We'll Bring:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Operations manager to oversee our
global Tier 1 HR Operations team. As the HR Operations manager, you will play a
critical role in managing and enhancing the experience for Transunion associates
worldwide. This position requires strong leadership, communication, and
organizational skills to effectively manage tier 1 HR operations on a global scale.
In this role, you'll lead a high performing team of operations specialists who
consistently deliver great experience via case work, consultative partnership, and
transaction processing. The role will have a significant global impact on all people
matters, including employee lifecycle, Benefits, offboarding, Data audits.

What You'll Bring:

Responsibilities: Strategic Planning-Develop HR People Operations strategies, policies, and procedures tailored to meet the needs of Transunion in alignment with organizational goals and objectives. Performance Management-Coach the People Operations team including feedback on case handling, goal setting and career development planning to drive team performance, engagement, and retention. HR Metrics and Reporting-Track and analyze People Operations team metrics and provide regular reporting and insights to the team and senior leadership to support data-driven decision making. Hiring Requirements 5-7+ years HR Operations experience in a shared services environment with a strong background in Tier 1 Global Support A minimum of 4 years prior supervisory experience in human resources or shared services Strong knowledge of HR Systems - Workday experience strongly preferred Understanding of global HR practices, employment laws and requirements Proven leadership experience to partner with cross-functional teams Highly organized with great attention to detail An energetic leader with a passion for developing people and delivering results A thoughtful communicator
