Job Details :

- Sales Manager promotes businesses, services, products, or brands. They develop marketing and pricing strategies, generate new business leads.

Roles And Responsibilities :

- Building and maintaining long-term relations with customers

- Recruiting and training Sales Consultants, Sales Representatives, and other team members

- Analyzing performance and drawing up action plans.

- Establishing strong relationships with staff and clients.

- Develop new business proposals based on market demand.

- Review targets and goals across teams.

- Build good relationships.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Mini. Graduation Compulsory.

- Minimum one year of work experience in sales profile.

- Ability to lead a sales team.

- Good communication, selling and negotiation skills.

- Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment
