Job description
Define, analyze, and review technical architecture on required platform and coming up with architecture options and recommendations
Understanding of internal controls and change management processes.
Prepare, plan, manage impact of O/S Patches on the applications and the ecosystem on the cloud.
Job, backup management, Disk space management, performance capacity related reports
Testing operating system and application software releases and loading fixes in both test and productions environments.
Troubleshooting backup failures and perform recovery activities to maintain zero data loss
Perform Security and user authority administration.
Interact with vendors on regular basis to resolve technical issues
Provide support for Application team in running production critical jobs and reports.
Strong knowledge of monitoring of application and infrastructure components like SSL certificates , firewalls, load balancers and application routing
Configuration, deployments, and vulnerability remediation in multi-tier environments with firewalls, load balancers, and high availability solutions
Technology Skills : Websphere application server, Message Brokers, Infosphere - information server, Infosphere -Information Governance Catalog, Infosphere - datastage, infosphere - MDM,IBM Infosphere Change data capture
Knowledge of AWS , IBM Cloud Pack
