Job description
Coordinate with all units and implement best practices, ensuring compliance with Corporate, Dubai EHS Legal, and other regulatory requirements.
Prepare on-site Emergency Plans, EHS manuals, HIRA, and JSA as needed, supporting ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 implementation.
Foster an environment, occupational health, and safety awareness culture among all employees.
Support unit managers in implementing the Environment, Health, and Safety policy across all operations without compromise.
Monitor and ensure compliance with environmental regulations, overseeing infrastructure improvements such as ETP, STP, and air/noise control.
Effectively implement the environment management plan (EMP) and address non-compliances with the unit team's active assistance.
Provide monthly reports to customers and corporate requirements, participate in contractor management, and report incidents while engaging in incident investigations.
Conduct EHS training for employees, contractors, and project stakeholders, and supervise work areas, guiding the adoption of safe work practices and environmental protection measures.
