Job description

We are looking for a talented QA Engineer to join our team with 3-5 years of experience, specializing in automation testing. Proficiency in manual testing is a significant advantage. As a QA Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products.

Responsibilities:

● Develop and execute automated test scripts to ensure the quality and functionality of mobile applications and web platforms.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and create comprehensive test plans.

● Design, implement, and maintain automated test frameworks to support continuous integration and deployment pipelines.

● Perform manual testing when necessary, including exploratory testing, to identify defects and ensure overall product quality.

● Analyze test results and collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues on time.

● Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in automation testing to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our testing processes.

● Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability and quality aspects of the codebase.

● Contribute to the improvement of testing strategies, methodologies, and tools to optimize testing efforts across projects.

● Document test cases, test scenarios, and test results to facilitate knowledge sharing and ensure comprehensive test coverage.

● Actively participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and other Agile ceremonies to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.

Requirements:

● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

● 3-5 years of experience as an Automation QA Engineer.

● Proficiency in automation testing tools such as Selenium, Appium, or similar technologies.

● Candidate should know about working with Javascript-based tools, like Playwright or Cypress. JD- Automation QA Engineer

● Strong knowledge of OOPS.

● Proficient in testing APIs, mobile applications, and web platforms.

● Hands-on experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and continuous integration tools (e.g., Jenkins).

● Solid understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and techniques.

● Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

● Effective communication and collaboration skills to work closely with cross-functional teams.

● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

● Relevant certifications in software testing or test automation (e.g., Selenium WebDriver) are a plus.
