As we continue to grow, we're seeking a Remote Senior Software Engineer to join our innovative team and contribute to our cutting-edge projects.
Job Responsibilities: Develop and implement advanced language models using transformer architectures. Apply reinforcement learning techniques to improve the performance and efficiency of AI models. Collaborate with AI researchers and data scientists to design and optimize AI solutions. Contribute to the entire model development lifecycle, from research and experimentation to deployment. Troubleshoot and improve existing AI models and architectures for enhanced performance. Stay updated on the latest AI research and technologies, incorporating them into KYFEX's solutions. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code for various AI projects. Document development processes, model architectures, and evaluation metrics. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field. 5+ years of software engineering experience, with a strong background in AI and machine learning. Proficient in programming languages relevant to AI development, such as Python. Hands-on experience with transformer architectures and language modeling. Demonstrated knowledge and application of reinforcement learning techniques. Familiarity with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch). Experience with deploying AI models in production environments. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Preferred Skills: Master’s or Ph.D. in a relevant field. Experience with NLP (Natural Language Processing) and understanding of NLP data preprocessing techniques. Proficiency in working with large-scale datasets and distributed computing technologies. Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure) for AI development and deployment.
