We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Social Media Content Specialist with a deep understanding of the capital market and a proven track record of crafting engaging content. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of relevant work experience and a passion for creating content that resonates with investors and traders. Key Responsibilities: Content Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy tailored to the capital market, with a focus on engaging investors and traders on social media platforms. Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest trends, news, and developments in the capital market to ensure the content remains relevant and insightful. Persona Understanding: Understand the mindset and preferences of investors and traders, adapting content to their needs and expectations. Content Creation: Create a variety of content types (Communication), including articles, infographics, videos, and social media posts, that resonate with the target audience. Engagement: Foster meaningful conversations and engage with the social media community to build relationships and provide valuable insights. Analytics: Monitor social media performance, track key metrics, and use data-driven insights to optimize content strategies for better engagement and reach. Compliance: Ensure all content adheres to regulatory guidelines and industry best practices. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and compliance teams to align content strategies with overarching business goals. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, Business, or a related field. 5-7 years of proven work experience in social media content creation within the capital market, ideally with a broking company or while managing broking accounts for an agency. Strong understanding of capital market products, trading, and investment strategies. Proficiency in social media platforms, content management tools, and analytics. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts. Strong research skills to gather and analyze data, market trends, and news for developing insightful content. Proven record to develop content on trending topics within the capital market and all finance Creative thinking and the ability to generate original, insightful, and engaging content. Attention to detail and a commitment to meeting compliance requirements. A proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable individual who can thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
