Job description
As a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) supporting our staffing division, you will play a critical role in partnering with employees and management to create a high-performance culture. Your focus will be on developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that drive employee engagement, talent development, and organizational effectiveness. By fostering strong relationships and providing comprehensive HR guidance, you will enable our teams to thrive and deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Partnership: Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to understand their business objectives, challenges, and talent needs. Proactively provide HR expertise, aligning it with the business strategy, to drive optimal performance and growth.
Performance Enablement: Guide managers on performance management processes, emphasizing goal setting, regular feedback, and growth opportunities. Provide coaching and support to address performance-related challenges and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Employee Advocacy and Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor and mediator, promoting fair and consistent treatment of employees. Address employee relations matters, fostering open communication, conflict resolution, and collaboration.
Organizational Effectiveness: Identify opportunities to enhance organizational effectiveness, diversity and inclusion, and positive change within the professional services division. Support the implementation of talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.
Data-driven Insights: Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations. Provide insights to enhance decision-making on talent management, performance, and engagement.
Compliance and Ethical Practices: Ensure HR policies, procedures, and practices align with legal requirements and industry best practices. Stay updated on employment laws and regulations to minimize risks and ensure compliance.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field. HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus.
Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role, preferably within a professional services environment.
Strong understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
Business acumen with the ability to align HR strategies with business objectives and drive organizational success.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
Demonstrated expertise in employee relations, performance enablement, and talent development.
Analytical mindset with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to support decision-making.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Proficient in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
Shift Timings: 3pm-midnight IST
