Job description
Leading and organizing team activitities, team activities, being on top of project delivery, delegating work, and managing capacity
Assess the technical feasibility of business ideas.
Be the primary point of contact for the client and the delivery team
Evaluate and develop solutions for scalability, performance, and efficiency.
Seek out and build relationships with key stakeholders
Design and implement solutions together with your team and provide demonstrations to clients
Be aware of and make use of Roboyo s architectural principles, models, patterns, and perspective in order to develop solutions independently for our clients.
Establish and implement metrics to optimize team delivery and measure business agility in terms of predictability, reliability, and adaptability
Liaise with client technical and business teams as needed during the design, implementation, testing, and release phases
Supervise, mentor, and develop other employees on application and implementation methodologies
Identify strengths and weaknesses in yourself and the team in order to aid the continual improvement of our delivery services
Proactively seek out opportunities to cross-sell other product linesservices and account expansion e.g. Automation and LEAN, Advisory, Automation Engineering (RPA, IDP, Conversational AI, BPM), Process Task Mining, Managed Services or Converge)
Continual improvement of service to our Clients ensuring the required impact is met.
Requirements
Experience and skills that you can use at Roboyo:
University or equivalent degree (B.S. or M.S.) in Computer Science, Business Information Systems Engineering, or related technical field
At least 3 years of experience in hand s on application development in the Appian BPM suite and application-level architecting, designing, and development activities, with a good understanding of Appian architectural principles, models, patterns, and perspective in order to develop solutions independently
Fluency English - additional language skills are a plus
Experience in programming IT solutions, preferably with dot net, C#, VBA, or Java
Relevant experience working with Appian
Appian Lead Developer is a big plus
Experience with other automation technologies (RPA, IDP, Conversational AI, etc.) is of great advantage
Experience in Service Design Methodology, UXCX principles, and Product Owner role is advantageous
Good communication skills and social competence for strong customer relationships
Understanding company processes, with experience in process consulting, is advantageous
Willingness and ability to travel to client site
