Job Description :As a Senior Associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.Role & Responsibilities :- Requirement Gathering : Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business processes and requirements related to pricing, quoting, and product configuration.- Conduct user interviews, workshops, and document analysis to gather comprehensive requirements. - Business Process Analysis: Analyze existing business processes and workflows to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.- Work closely with stakeholders to define and document optimized business processes that align with Salesforce CPQ capabilities. - Solution Design : Translate business requirements into a comprehensive functional design that leverages Salesforce CPQ functionality.- Collaborate with Salesforce CPQ Architects and developers to ensure that the proposed solution meets business needs and aligns with best practices. - Documentation : Create detailed functional and technical specifications, user stories, process flows, and other documentation to communicate requirements and solution design to stakeholders, developers, and other project team members. - Configuration and Customization: Collaborate with Salesforce CPQ Administrators and developers to configure and customize Salesforce CPQ to meet business requirements. This may involve defining pricing rules, discount structures, product bundles, and quote templates. - Testing and Quality Assurance: Collaborate with business users to conduct user acceptance testing and ensure that the solution meets the defined requirements. - Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users on Salesforce CPQ functionality, processes, and best practices.- Address user queries, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing support during and after the implementation.- Change Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to manage change and ensure smooth adoption of the Salesforce CPQ solution. Develop change management plans, conduct impact assessments, and communicate changes to end-users. - Data Management: Collaborate with data teams to ensure accurate and complete data migration from legacy systems to Salesforce CPQ. Define data mapping, cleansing, and validation requirements to ensure data integrity. - Knowledge on JIRA / Azure Devops / Service now. - Track project progress and ensure timely delivery of solutions - Ensure Salesforce implementations comply with industry standards and security protocols. - Possess strong communication skills to effectively convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders. - Work in a team environment that includes client interactions, workstream management, and cross-team collaboration. - Good Team player.- Take up cross competency work and contribute to COE activities. - Escalation/Risk management (ref:hirist.tech)
