Job description
What are we looking for? (Experience/Qualifications/Skillsets/Must-haves) Education – Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or a comparable qualification with 12+ years of relevant experience. Graduate/BS in Computer Science, MIS, business or equivalent education/training/experience Must have - ISTQB CERTIFICATION
Experience: Extremely strong experience (12-13 years) of testing and test management (static and dynamic) with State-of-the-art knowledge of testing technologies, processes, and practices Experience in Test Strategy Management for layered architecture products with Machine Level (PLC interfaces) to Data Brick Platforms, Cloud Interfaces, Data Analytics, Web Interfaces and ERP. Wide Experience with test tools like HP Quality Centre/ALM, Rational Quality Manager, Load Runner, QTP, Cypress, Playwright, or similar and introducing them to a company . Experience in estimation methods and conceptual thinking Strong in customer focus (service, relationship, and quality) Strong in project management and working experience with Agile Teams and Methodology Experience of reporting tools / reports for Senior Management Experience in strategy & implementation of all phases of test life cycle including the following areas (not comprehensive): Functional Testing Integration Testing Supportability Testing Device, browser testing Usability / UX experience Verification Performance testing (load, capacity, endurance) Technical acceptance testing (Load balancing, failover, disaster recovery, DB replication) 3 Security testing (Fortify scan, fuzzing, penetration) Acceptance testing Installation testing Test automation has context menuJob tags
