Job Summary:
As a Supervisor at FMCG Company, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing production operations within our facility. Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of production staff to achieve operational excellence.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, encouraging innovation and continuous improvement.
Production Management:
- Oversee day-to-day production activities, ensuring compliance with production schedules and quality specifications.
- Collaborate with planning and logistics teams to meet customer demand efficiently.
Quality Assurance:
- Implement and enforce quality control measures to maintain Dabur's high standards.
- Conduct regular quality audits and inspections, addressing any issues promptly.
Process Optimization:
- Analyze production processes and identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency improvements.
- Implement best practices to enhance productivity while maintaining product integrity.
Inventory Management:
- Manage inventory levels to meet production demands and minimize excess stock.
- Collaborate with supply chain teams to ensure timely procurement of raw materials.
Safety and Compliance:
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with relevant regulatory standards.
- Conduct regular safety training sessions and implement measures to create a secure working environment.
Performance Monitoring:
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the efficiency and effectiveness of production processes.
- Implement corrective actions to address performance gaps and enhance overall productivity.
Communication:
- Facilitate effective communication between production teams, cross-functional departments, and upper management.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, operations management).
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the FMCG or manufacturing sector.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
