Main responsibilities of the Job :
1) To develop sales in the designated area for BMI Monier 2) Set up and maintain a professional dealer network 3) To develop and maintain a high degree of contact with key architects, builders, designers & B2B in the Trichy, Pondicherry, Ramanathapuram, Pudukkottai and other surrounding districts 4) Identify new B2C & B2B projects in the designated area and get our Product specified. 5) Generating enquiries through site mappings in the potential areas of the region Experience : 3-6 years of experience. Preferably worked with architects, contractors, fabricators interiors, builders for the Projects. Skills : Smart, dynamic, willing to travel extensively to defined area and good in MS Excel, Word & PPT, excellent Communication Skills (Fluent in English & local language)- Geographic Knowledge: Working experience in Trichy, Pondicherry, Ramanathapuram, Pudukkottai and other surrounding districts. Should be able to travel extensively to these areas. Candidate must have a two wheeler with driving license. - Location : Candidate should be based at Pondicherry/Trichy - Mandatory experience of project sales, channel sales and key architects network in the market in the building materials industry. Candidates must be ready to travel extensively and must have a good geographical knowledge of the surrounding areas. - Network for the Job : - External : Architects, Dealers, Builders , B2C , B2B Customers and Sales team - Internal : All the Office Staff, Production, Accounts & Logistics TeamJob tags
