Roles And Responsibilities
- Identify customer concerns and provide timely support for their queries.
- Be proficient in our products and services and communicate effectively to the customer.
- Responding to queries from customers and giving timely support when requested.
- Coordinating with multiple teams to ensure the timely response to inquiries.
- Collecting customer feedback and upselling our services wherever applicable.
- Ensure all communications are logged timely and correctly.
- Ensure individual sales targets are met without fail.
Desired Candidate Profile - Flexible to work on rotational shifts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Should be Proficient in Hindi and English, any other language knowledge would be an added advantage.
