Human Resource Internship

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Internship in Lucknow. The HR Intern will assist with day-to-day tasks related to Human Resources management, including but not limited to HR policies and procedures, personnel management, employee benefits, and other related projects as assigned by the HR Manager.

• Human Resources (HR) knowledge and practice
• Ability to learn HR Management, HR Policies, and Employee Benefits
• Attention to detail and well-organized
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
• Knowledge of payroll administration, compliance, and employment laws is a plus
